This is probably my 4th order from here. I usually do not leave reviews but I had to for this company! I use the waist to track my weight loss fir the journey I am on. These waist beads are the truth! You litteraly would need to cut them off if you decide that. Usually after awhile I can just pull mines down because of weight loss or just cut and reapply. The quality is great and I ALWAYS get compliments on them especially at the gym! Forever purchaser 🫶🏾💝
