All Pretty Waist-Beads Are Final Sale Due to COV-ID and Hygienic Reasons.

If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped, it will be exchanged in the same condition you received it. Please contact the shop manager in this case. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.

We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misplaced due to lack of correct or incomplete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re-shipping fee to ship it again.
